Well-Being/Ponder: Achieving Calm

Take a few minutes, as little as 2 or as many as 20, to sit quietly. Meditating everyday can help you achieve a blissful state of awareness.  When visiting calm.com, you can choose your outdoor scene with accompanying nature sounds to listen to while following the guided meditation. I have meditated using calm.com for about a month now and so far the meditations have remained the same. (Hopefully, they will be changing them periodically.) There is also a free download available on iTunes enjoy. Namaste.
