Well-Being: The Sunscreen Smokescreen

I came across this information recently and found it quite eye opening!  I will definitely be utilizing the 2 finger rule per zone for sunscreen application while at the beach or pool.  We have been remiss in applying the necessary amount of suncreen to stay safe.  Hope this helps keep you and your family sun safe!!
